My husband & I ate in a very cool cave restaurant called La Gruta near the Teotihuacan ruins outside of Mexico City. BTW, Mexico City is a stellar vacation spot. Stay at Condesa DF hotel, rooftop bar & killer art. Some info & pics of the cave restaurant here: http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g499421-d1209971-r49512621-La_Gruta-San_Juan_Teotihuacan_Central_Mexico_and_Gulf_Coast.html#REVIEWS
The whole area around Guilin and Yangshuo is magical...and 1 hour by plane from Hong Kong, which makes it very accesible yet it feel quite remote.. Definitely a place to rest after hectic factory visits.
Just wanted to say you guys have the most interesting and eclectic blog ever. :)
